I just said homeschooled because it's the closest I can think of for the perpetual expression Johnson and company has on their face. I’ve been struggling on what to call it. But the moment I saw him I recognized his expression and body language.
Edit: How about "stoned on Jesus expression" or "rapturous delusion face". I worked and even socialized with them for decades, I've never found away to adequately describe it to other people.

aipac greasing congress is just one half of the equation.
You really need to spend some time with southern baptists like Speaker Mike Johnson, to understand why they do this.
Once you get to know them, your revulsion about them taking aipac money will turn to horror, when you realize they do think this is what Jesus wants. They really are a cult living in their own delusional world. You won't understand till you hang out with them. You should be afraid, it’s the only reasonable response.
