Al-Hashimi returning is interesting/exciting. It's only a four month gap so I wouldn't expect her disease to have progressed too much. I wonder if she'll be moved into a more administrative position, we've touched on it a bit but someone really in the weeds could further highlight the mess of the healthcare system.
