One of the great many contenders in the messaging space is DeltaChat, a decentralized E2E spec and reference platform. The "official" client features the ability to set a background for chat windows, and while I usually use a TUI client (because DeltaChat is an Electron app), I occasionally open the reference app because -- as is the way with many systems like this -- only the reference platform has All Of The Features.

Anyway, I opened the DC client today and it popped up full screen, and was reminded just how stunningly gorgeous the NCC 1701 Refit is. I thought I'd share my love for the most beautiful Enterprise (IMHO).

I do not know the provenance of the image. I downloaded it from somewhere online some time ago. If anyone knows the artist -- I don't believe it's a capture from TMP -- please post it in the comments. It's nicely framed, and nicely done.

~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'

~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.
