Say I'm an M52 dating an F36 - what are some issues we're bound to run into as we age?

The following are generalizations.
The male libido can begin to wane at a dramatic rate in the late fifties and sixties, while women can begin their menopausal stage in their mid to late forties, which could affect sexual appetite. Neither is guaranteed.
Regardless on whether you subscribe to the two-wave.or three-wave model, both agree that humans hit a massive aging marker in their sixties, which means that your 36yo wife could be a hot as hades 46yo in a decade while you might look and feel like you belong in the set.of the 1980's movie, Cocoon.
I would not wish for my still full of life 66yo wife to be burduned with caring for an octogenarian.
SOURCE: I'm 53 with elderly parents-in-law, and it's a strain.

Thank you for the sober and frank presentation.
My gf has reasons to believe her life expectancy to be in the 70s range. My mother is at 85 still going golfing, skiing, and mountaineering. Neither of these may have any bearing, of course.
I kinda hate that I instantly understood your Cocoon imagery, haha.
I also wonder about the social aspects. I'm likely to retire earlier than her.

How are rules enforced and bans applied?
For the most part, this community operates under the assumption that users are acting in good faith and should be given second-chances for their mistakes. Posts and comments with very light rule violations, or otherwise undesired but mostly harmless content, can be removed by a moderator on a case by case basis without any further punitive actions.
For violations of our rules, we follow a “3 strike” system as follows:
1st violation: 72 hours ban + moderator warning via PMs.
2nd violation: 1 week ~ 1 month ban + final warning via PMs.
3rd violation: 1 month ~ permanent ban.
The goal of this system is making sure users are made aware of their behavior before being permanently banned, but also protecting the community from any rule violations.
Exceptions:
While the “3 strike” system will be applied to the majority of situations, rules marked with a [!] in the sidebar signifies a rule that, if violated in an intentional, malicious or significant way, can warrant an immediate permanent ban regardless of the number of previous violations. This includes severe disrespect to users or groups, dangerous content, and similar.

Depends on the couple. Some 50 years olds are out partying and some 30 year olds prefer chilling at home.
As long as you guys are similar place in life as far as kids, activities, finances, etc then age doesn't mean much.
You will have to set up retirement properly between you two, as she may outlive you and you want to make sure she doesn't have financial worries later.
