Confirmed free agents following WWE release 90 days ago

WWE released a ton of talent 90 days ago (April 24), with many being main roster names who had to wait out a 90-day no compete clause.

Well, that no compete clause has now finished, meaning that a number of talent are free to appear on other televised wrestling programmes such as AEW, TNA, CMLL and NJPW. WWE Releases 2026

The following talent have now completed their 90-day no compete:

Zoey Serrano (Zoey Stark)

Zelina

Erick Rowan

Nikki Storm (Nikki Cross)

Joseph Sawyer (Joe Gacy)

Samuel Shaw (Dexter Lumis)

Bo Dallas

We’ll be updating here as and when these talents confirm their next move. Zelina Vega recently filled to trademark her new in-ring name, Xelina back on July 20. MCMG are expected to be headed to AEW and Nikki Storm will be focusing on her new role as co-owner of PROGRESS and DEFY Wrestling alongside her partner and former NXT name Big Damo/Killian Dain. Joe Gacy has also been teased for an appearance in GCW, although he has not yet been officially confirmed for a match against Atticus Cogar.

That's was the rumor was back when it was first announced they were leaving, but there hasn't been anything confirmed. I can see AEW keeping it a surprise unless they need to sell more tickets.

It's hard to say, maybe TNA? I'm not sure if their relationship with WWE would put him off going there after they let go twice, though.

Guessing Kairi returns to Stardom if AEW doesn't snatch her up. Would love AEW/RoH to grab her. With Athena now being the longest reigning champ in modern history, Kairi is one of the very few women I would accept dethroning her.
