I wish I knew how to get my brain to settle.
I woke up at 2:30AM today and couldn't get back to sleep, and it's my in-office day. Today is going to suck.

when I had a stressful day on the horizon and knew I would have trouble sleeping I'd take a thc gummy before bed. unfortunately my state just banned THC completely. we are a red state so I can only assume taxes were being generated and those taxes funded the government. you can't spread the narrative that "guberment don't work" if it's being funded and working.
