Kennedy Center Board Votes to Carve Trump’s Name Into the Building’s Marble Facade
6 days ago by Sunflier to c/politics
The Kennedy Center’s board voted Thursday to inscribe President Donald Trump’s name into the storied building’s white marble facade and proceed with a lengthy shutdown of the venue to accommodate an extensive $250 million renovation project, according to ex officio member Rep. Joyce Beatty.
The decision comes just months after a judge ruled that separate signage bearing the president’s name had to be taken off the building’s marquee. The new inscription will test the order, though due to ongoing litigation the judge has the power to delay the projects.
The board, which Trump fired en masse last year and restocked with allies, voted to close the center’s main building, while The Reach, a newer expansion to the facility, will remain open for limited events. It will also serve as a memorial to former President John F. Kennedy.
No wonder the tarp never came down.
I hope this is a joke. They hid Reagans Alzheimers diagnosis, no reason they wouldn't hide trump's, who also has a family history of Alzheimers by the way..
Edit: day old account. What's with the recent influx of astroturfing?
Just watch him talk for 10 minutes.
NOMOREREBS is so fucking stupid, he describes himself as a "book-writer".
I am not fucking kidding.

God, when is this fat sack of shit going to die and just go away? I've started searching his name every day just looking for an obituary news article. How someone can be so far in mental decline, and people are still lining up to lick his ball sack is beyond me.
