That's one of the things that's no longer allowed (unless the "stall" is a complete self-contained bathroom with toilet and sink).

Being a politician isn't a protected class. How about separate bathrooms for politicians? Like outhouses

There are toilets with sinks on the cistern, and while those cost money i think they'd be a great bandaid solution.
