If you haven't seen it, Honey (owned by PayPal) and Phia, have been caught stealing referral attributions. These are often small content creators.

They also rarely find genuine discounts. Avoid using them.

It wasn't just stealing from content creators, they were also offering manufacturer coupons that were not meant for public availability. Their model was just scraping everything off of buy pages.
