Why create new news community? I'm tired of getting banned by crazy lemmy moderators under made up reasons for posting news articles (likely reddit subversive operation).
Also most of news communities are empty - this one will be full of content.
So i'm now creating my own community. everyone welcome, let's tear reddit down together.

Title of course wants attention but there's actually a genuinely interesting question of law at play that it seems a jury may get a say on setting precedent for, and also two different stories that paint a very different telling on the event. This is what the courts are for.
