Yea rockstar has figured that they don't even need to show official gameplay - they can pretend to be secretive and reveal stuff through leaks and drama. They're overdoing it and won't be surprised if it starts backfiring.

"Leaked" is a word which here means the footage was deliberately and clandestinely released through back channels, to drum up interest by telling people they're not allowed to watch it.
