Roberto Mosquera, a Cuban immigrant who has lived in the U.S. since 1980 and completed a prison sentence in 1996, was arrested by ICE last year and sent to a prison in Eswatini, a country in Africa he had never heard of. After a hunger strike, Mosquera obtained a phone and talked with our reporter about what is happening in the prison. Via @nytmag

I'm amazed this has gotten so little attention after so much reporting on CECOT. Is there any public information on how many people are in similar foreign prisons at the behest of the US government?
