Personally I think the rook and the pawn should be swapped since all techno libertarians are wanna be billionaires and the authoritarians having no rules on how far they are willing to move would be uniform.

That's kind of true. Think about it, they don't hold direct power like the king but they're always so far up his ass you basically have to assume when you fight one you're fighting them both
