I'm looking for a way to track my sleep and heart rate variability that does not involve paying a subscription. The Ultrahuman ring seems to fit the bill, but online reviews are mixed. Anyone here tried/used it?
Anyone using the Ultrahuman smart ring?

Never been much of a watch wearer. I have a talent for breaking and/or losing watches and sunglasses.
Neither was I, but I've pretty much had it on 24/7 for over 6 years now. It helps that I only need to charge it once every 2-3 weeks.

Wearable computers are small computing devices worn on the body, ranging from general-purpose systems like smartwatches to specialized sensors for health monitoring and augmented reality. The technology is defined by its constant interaction with the user, allowing for hands-free, eyes-free access to data and computational support while the user engages with the physical environment.

Haven't used that ring, but I get those metrics and more for free with my Garmin watch.
