I just finished There Is No Aniti-Memetics Division. It's a sci-fi book about memory eating monsters and the brave souls who protect us from them.

The writing was somewhat engrossing and was pretty good at evoking the fear and dread of impending doom. Though, it seemed to be intentionally confusing with a deus ex machina ending.

I read that book and loved it.

The author did a great job making the memory eating monsters seem 'real.'

I'd love to see a good film maker take a crack at it.

Snow Plow Extra by Wes Boyd. One of his early works, and difficult to understand, as he was still transitioning from writing short newspaper articles to novels. I currently have three editor files open with annotations while reading it...

"Dead But Dreaming Of Electric Sheep." Paul Tremblay.

Never read this author before, and I only picked to book up because of the title.

20-something Julia is trying to cut ties with her tech billionaire mother. Mom offers Julia $5,000.00 to come to her office and interview for a one shot job.

Wild ideas, well presented.

Classic.

"Red Harvest" by Dashiell Hammett. Ever heard about that classic movie where a drifter wanders into a corrupt town and decides to start a war where all the baddies kill each other? This is the novel they stole the idea from. Almost a century old, and it's still kicking ass.
