McDonald's prices have doubled in the last ten years. The profits have gone mostly to shareholders, who got nearly $40 billion in dividends over the past decade while customers suffer and workers are underpaid.

I don't get how they still have business. You see the thing about wendys but price per quality its way better than mcdonalds and the prices are just crazy now. Nothing makes sense to me today because I actually would think mcdonalds and bk would be the first to nose dive over wendys and popeyes.

If people stop eating there they'll go the way of Kodak. People like the sludge unfit for human consumption. They'll keep doing their thing and cut corners on the raw materials and increase prices as much as they can. I don't touch the stuff but plenty of people seem fine with it. They're there to make money, "feeding" people is means to an end.
