I feel like for Rudeus, if he was like... 20 when he died, we could gloss over things a little bit (still kinda yuck though, like the college guy cruising for high school girls.), but 34 is just a bridge too far.
In the most recent chapter of the isekai pharmacist manga the MC actually addresses that situation after an examination was mistaken for a proposal by a friend. Dudes like "I'm 12, I'm way too young for romance."
That's the thing that's always bothered me about reincarnation isekai, you do get some characters, the lead from World's Finest Assassin, who's like "I'm still an old man in a kid's body" so while characters are falling for him, he's distinctly like "no that's gross" (as far as I remember at least) but then you get Rudeus, who, along with being just a general sex offender, gets clearly shown throughout the series that he still sees himself as the 34 year old who died, so while Roxy is technically fine (despite how she looks and that really shouldn't be overlooked), Eris is 12 the first time they do anything, and Sylphie is 15, so while he might physically be 10 and 15 respectively, he's functionally much older, only made worse by the fact that these girls don't know that. I'm sure they find out by the end, but still, not good. I don't know any of the other characters so I can't say anything about them.
There is also the other kind of reincarnation isekai, like Seirei Gensouki, where Rio spent 8 years of his life without memories of a past life, and is shown throughout the series to see himself as the kid who just happens to have some memories of the past, and not as the 20 year old in a new body. It also helps that he hasn't tried to do anything with the girls around him.
Really though, reincarnation isekai should just speed run the character getting to roughly the same age they were when they died at least so things are less creepy.
