Im just so fucking tired of the mainstream media annointing Gavin Newsom as a progressive in an incessant endless and superficial way.
One of the most slimy motherfuckers alive. Believes nothing. The man would curbstomp babies with his classic dead-eyed soulless smile if his presidential campaign consultant's polls showed it would boost his numbers.
He is not a person. He is an empty vessel to be filled and piloted by capital.
And that's exactly why they'll push him over anyone else.
progressive has nothing to do with giving a shit about the poor.
Factually incorrect, if you want to criticize progressives for not doing enough sure but you are being ridiculous if you don't think progressives advocate for changes that would massively increase the quality of life of the poor in the US.
