Capcom horror titles that are NOT Resident Evil

Out of these three, I think it's easiest for a modern player to get into Dead Rising. the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster was very well-done and is currently $25 on steam.

Dino Crisis I really think has a good chance of getting remade one day. Nothing's been confirmed, but I just feel it.

I'm 44, and I still haven't given up hope on a Dino Crisis overhaul and/or reboot. Come on, baby!

I hear so many people expressing interest in it, it's so hard for me to imagine they're not going to. I mean, Dead Rising, but not Dino Crisis???

Wasn't there some kind of dino horror/action game announced on the Switch 2 recently? I wonder if that's anything like Dino Crisis.

When I was a kid, I thought Dino Crisis was Jurrasic Park The Videogame.

Why Dino crisis 2 and not 1? Why not classic?

No particular reason, you can make one with dino crisis 1 or even make up your own dino crisis 7 if you want to, that might be fun

I've never played either. Are they both good and worth playing in 2026? I like retro games so I'm fine with not having modern QOL conveniences or ridiculous difficulties. I just wanna know if it's actually fun.

There are 3 actually! 1 is survival horror-ish closer to resident evil. 2 is more an arcade style shooter and 3… we don’t talk about 3.

I'm guessing 3 is just so good it can't be expressed with words eh?

I think if you should definitely try Dino Crisis 1 & 2 especially if you like retro gaming. You can get both on GOG I believe.

I never heard anything good about Dino Crisis 3 and even skipped it myself for unrelated reasons, but I would still recommend people give it a try if it was easy to do so. I just think it's good to form your own opinion on! However I don't know how to get ahold of this one and I don't think Xbox emulation has ever been very good

Yeah I think I'm gonna give 1 & 2 a shot. I'm just deciding on whether I should get it on GoG, or literally walk 5 mintues to the local used game shop and get it on disc to add to my collection, haha.
