If there’s one thing we know about reality, it’s that absolutely nothing ever changes and there’s absolutely no way rigid rules ever end up doing great unintended harm even beyond the intentional harm /S
So you can have men competing in women's sports ... as long as it's due to a clerical error shortly after their birth.

I mean, that's basically what being trans is. The government doesn't define reality. Your name is what your name is, not what's registered with a government database. "What even is a name?" Your name is just your name. That's what a name is. If you're born on a remote island, your name is what others call you. And if they respect you, they'll call you what you want to be called - that's what a name is.
Same with one's gender: your gender is your gender, regardless of what some government database has it written down as. It's how society is and the gender you go with. Make your own up, who gives a shit. That's how society even works. That's exactly how this weird gender-binary got put in place to begin with. Somebody made a decision and changed stuff to be this way. It doesn't work and it's really broken, so trans people have all individually decided to break out of that convention. Like being put in a box with spikes, some people like the spikes, some people fit around it, and other people it fucking destroys, so we decide to stand up and OH HEY WE'RE IN A SHITTY LITTLE SPIKEY BOX and get out of the box or change positions so it isn't killing us.
Them refusing to change things to fit reality is the clerical error. It's saying "the box is love. The box is life. If you are uncomfortable with the box, YOU'RE a pedophilepsychomurdererscumdeviantantichristevil." And then proceed to do all those things, themselves.

I can't travel. I can't get a passport out of fear. I'm an American citizen, trapped in my own shitty fascist country. I hope in 2028 things can change, and that they won't get worse before or after then. Fuck. I wanna visit out of state family for the holidays who can't travel, but I can't because conservatives would rather be angry at being the victim of their own ignorance and hate.

Less than 1% of people living there would even consider changing their marker on their documents. There are probably more clerical errors that happen than Trans folk who need their marker change.

Yes. They're ranked amongst the lowest in public education throughout the entirety of the US.
which is really saying something, because education is incredibly terrible throughout the entirety of the US.
It might not be a stretch to say they are among the lowest in Western countries, perhaps even the world.
Now I'm curious who the lowest is. You'd have to define what "Western" is, quantify some ratings, and other static statistical definitions. I bet it's Canada.

That’s not really an theory to begin with. Evolution doesn’t imply progression in the sense of becoming generally better, but rather more suited to a specific pressure.
