Drop-in FSR 3.1 upscaler for Direct3D 12 that runs DLSS's network (Model E) on AMD GPUs
Just tested it on CachyOS with a RDNA2 GPU on a game i ran with Optiscaler and FSR4.1.1.b beforehand. GPU times for the upscaling were halved with HelixSR in my case. Imagequality takes a small hit though(sharpness, temporal stability, smearing). But its still in a different league compared to FSR2/3. Depending on the game/hardware/performance target its a pretty nice alternative to the rather performance hungry FSR4 dlls for older AMD GPUs.

Mmh, seems like that project is somewhat in license hell. Awesome that person does it anyway though, better downloading the releases before Nvidia gets pissy.
