HBO Max and Paramount Plus will merge into a single streamer under Skydance

Paramount Max, here we (eventually) come. Unless this whole financial house of cards implodes first, of course.
129.99 without ads, 219.99 for sports channels included.
They’d have to buy Sky first
exactly why i grabbed a magnet of the entire star trek universe when this all kicked off
Yeah I need to fix my PC and do that
It doesn't really make a lot of sense to run multiple streamers. It's kind of wild that Disney is still keeping Hulu alive, despite a heavy degree of integration.
It's a pretty big project, though - could take years.
I'm guessing that they are more concerned about losing Hulu subscribers in the effort to transition them to Disney+. Outside the US, Disney and Hulu have been combined for years now, so the actual effort required from Disney would be near zero.
Hulu is the only one I wish they would keep because logging in to Disney to watch Alien and ESPN still seems really wrong to me. I would prefer the Disney app be 100% kid friendly and Hulu be for everything else.
