I used to use Gentoo about 20 years ago.
Whether you use them or not, they have been a huge part of the OSS community, and they're worth supporting
I'd go as far as to say they helped pioneer USABLE distro's that basically worked with compiling source code

Consolidated LInux News, Linux Gaming and Linux Support all wrapped up into one community.
We care if you use Arch (but also care if you use Ubuntu, Redhat, Fedora, Gentoo, Kubuntu, etc)
Ask questions, explore Linux software and distributions.
Don't know where to begin with Linux? Feel free to ask!
Rules
- We're aiming for a positive community
- Yes, you will get banned if you act toxic towards other commenter's
- If you feel like something is "AI Slop", down-vote and move on.
- No politics.
- Feel free to ask questions or post projects (including your own), regardless of Linux Distro.
- You don't need to like every project. Constructive criticism is ok.
- No Go Fund Me's / Kickstarters. But requests for more project contributions/donations is ok for free projects (which have already released the project).
