Um, if we can force Trump to do things as punishment for stuff he’s done, why not punish him for things that actually matter? Like the child raping? Like the concentration camps? No? Just this minor financial infraction? Okay then.
I mean people are fighting legal battles for that too (for example the ACLU, special procecutor Jack Smith, the new york justice department, etc)
