The agreements between OpenAI and Microsoft hinge on "super intelligence" specifically. I'm exchange for billions in early investment, OAI has to share it's model tech with MS until ASI is developed.

I wouldn't be surprised if all this is just a power play, with OAI bribing trump to get off the hook.
