Day 815 of posting a Daily Screenshot from the games I've been playing

Today’s game is Pokemon Soul Silver. I’m about to take on the Pokemon League, but before I do I want to try and fill out the Johto Dex. I’d like to have to avoid doing return trips that way.

I had gotten the Master Ball and decided to use it on Lugia. I usually go without using it, but this time I wanted to try something different because I always end up with an extra Master Ball I don’t use. I’ll always try and save it for a bigger fish, and never end up using it.

Since I’m running all around the region I decided to check in on some of the NPCs. Lyra is one of the ones I checked on. Now that I’m thinking about it though what did she do? I know she went with us on our journey a few places but I don’t remember much beyond that.

Anyways, tomorrow I’m gonna try and fill out some more of that National Dex. I don’t think it will be too hard but we’ll see.

They’ll be evolved by the time I get there (I hope). I’ll probably just go the classic route though of spamming a uber-leveled Pokemon with everything else really under leveled though. It’s how I’ve always played

Nice, have fun! How are you playing this? I just got mine set up on MelonDS on my smartphone again. I hate the on-screen controls, though, so I am about to grab a controller and play it on MelonDS on my tablet. I considered an Anbernic RG DS Plus, but I can't seem to stick to any game for the life of me, so not a wise decision for me right now. I'm only seven hours in after two years.

I’ve been flip flopping between MelonDS on my Desktop and a DS Lite. I’ll usually keep it on the DS Lite unless I know for sure I want to use it for screenshots that day though. It’s hard to get screenshots off the DS
