Is this a real Seiko?

Found this on ebay and the design really speaks to me. Still, I'm not quite sure if it's real.

I mean, depending on the price, who cares? It looks fucking slick.

I'm going to guess it's a mod; assembled from aftermarket parts. It kinda looks like it, and the caseback doesn't say seiko. Care to share the listing?

Edit: closest I could find is this:

There's a while community for building modded seikos.

Comes with a strap. The text on the buckle seems suspicious to me.

I really don't think so. Seiko makes quality timepieces. They don't add useless subdials, like a small second when you already have a sweeping second. Plus, it doesn't say Seiko on the caseback. There's no serial number. And, when I look up "Seiko 1880A" all I find is that watch on places like AliExpress. No reputable Seiko dealers. I say fake.

I've never seen a Seiko 5 Sports with a power reserve meter like that. Some in the Presage line have it though.

It's not a power reserve.. there is a little second (for some reason) and a 24hr. I hate it.
