(uncountable) A stew from Asturias, Spain, made of white beans, pork (including chorizo, lacón (cured pork shoulder), and morcilla (blood sausage)), and other ingredients; (countable) a particular variety of this stew.

☞ Today is the Fiesta Nacional de España, the National Day of Spain. The commemoration was formally declared by royal decree in 1892.
