This was drawn (by Bill Bramhall) about Washington State's Initiative 638 “Protecting Girls’ Sports,” But Colorado's is essentially the same.

Colorado's Prop 134 on the November 3 ballot would require that if schools have gendered sports teams they only allow kids to play on a team if the kid has the right reproductive organs. This applies to elementary school and any kind of sports, even just after-school programs. See the nonpartisan Blue Book for more info.

The same group paid to put Prop 133 (life sentences for child trafficking, but structured in a way that will punish victims too) and Prop 135 (no healthcare for trans kids) on the ballot too.
