I feel desire again

I don’t know if it’s because I’m trying to take better care of myself or I’m finally getting out of 2 year depression induced haze but I actually feel desire again. I want my wife, in every way possible. I’m horny all the time. Not in a uncontrollable way but like sex seems to be coming up in my thoughts way more then it has before.

The funny thing is. I’m 36. I started HRT when I was 29. My sex life hasn’t been great since transitioning. Though it wasn’t great before either. Just different reasons. Why now?
