What are you doing that's good for you?

Talk. I learned and am still learning to express myself, my feelings and emotions. Talking to my wife or my therapist in the beginning but now I am opening up more to friends. I aim to live a more authentic life and version of myself and sharing my thoughts, fears and emotion is a big part of it.
But also copious amounts of tea.

Going out with a friend cause the person I'm dating is sick and had to cancel. Better than staying in and brooding.
