Pond(s) are part of the plan for the actual square. Phase 2 will be that area, a more refined rooftop garden, and bringing the surroundings more in tune with the building and vice versa.

After my break from Minecraft (because I bhrnt myself out to finish this on time), I will with Rec start on phase 2. This will be improving the square, rooftop, and surrounding area. Especially nature and easthetics wise it should be a big improvement!
