My wrist still hurts from falling off my skateboard at the weekend. Not swollen but very uncomfortable.
Bin men are on strike. No green bin collections for a month now so the collection of cuttings in the garden are slowly taking over. I'll probably have to do an actual tip run. I hate going to the tip.
Got Foo Fighters tickets for Manchester yesterday but apparently my brother is going to try to get tickets for London tomorrow. Not sure if I should try to get tickets for London too and then sell the Manchester ones, or just stick to the evening out with my wife as planned.

Is your tip still open? When we had bin strikes last year they closed the tips too.

Yup, they're opening up earlier at the weekend to compensate. Presumably I could tip out my garden rubbish onto the road and someone would have to take it away? obviously I wouldn't flytip

It's pains like those that stop me from getting my skates back on and doing some circuits at the park.
That sounds rancid. Nothing worse than an overflowing bin.
My cardinal rule "Do whichever my wife would prefer". 😂 Just to be safe, you know?

Work says we're not allowed water on the floor as it's a contamination risk. Okay.

Work also fails to provide us with cups to drink out of the in-warehouse water dispenser.

Work then proceeds to threaten us with write ups because our pick rate sucks...largely do to the fact that we have to go to the canteen (it's a big warehouse) to get water.

So this morning the dog got out when I went to the car and tried to bring home a huge fox poop in his mouth. Managed to stop him but then an hour later he got revenge and ate my breakfast when I answered the door...
