🚨 Kylian Mbappé has informed PSG of his decision: he’ll NOT trigger the option to extend current contract until 2025, it means that deal would expire next June 2024 — as L’Équipé called.

PSG position: NO plan to lose Kylian for free.

Sign new deal now or he could be sold.

This window just got interesting.....

Is this the ultimate Saudi coup?

I doubt it, he's got so much more to win

My hot-take is that the Qatari's are done with PSG and will sell to united before the takeover is announced.

OMG this is also my conspiracy theory. They change focus and make Utd the center of their sports empire. Utd bring with them a legitimacy that PSG could never do, what with being in the Prem. The geopolitical rivalry of the gulf states is gonna play out in the prem

Qataris are looking to buy United

If that was the case, Qatar Sport Investment would be the one doing the bidding. Sheikh Jassim (the potential buyer of manU) does not work for the emir (owner of QSI and PSG) and there's even some bad blood between them

Thought I saw something just the other day about Flo saying he's going to sign him, just not this year.

Doesn't he do this every summer?

Madrid obviously is the most likely destination because Perez wants him. But it will be interesting to see the implications on Vinicius’ position.

Yeah this is the big thing for me with this transfer. Madrid want a CF, not a forward coming in from the left.

Saudi Arabia, here we go?

He'll probably end up in La Liga unless if SA really puts up "fuck y'all" money.

Mbappe leaving for Saudi Arabia at 24 would be a dark day

If it was money he was after, he'd keep milking PSG, no need to go to Saudi Arabia. I think he wants a champion's league and realizes that it's not happening at PSG in the next 2-3 years
