I’ve played many cracked steam games while even having my steam account logged in. I’ve even tried to run them before installing the crack, which opens my steam instance and gives me an error. I’ve been doing this for years with zero issues whatsoever! I wouldn’t worry.

Nope. Even if you forget to put the crack files in the game folder, all it does is open the steam store page for that game.
