It actually doesn't matter. Win by a little, and they'll claim there was just enough fake votes. Win by a lot, and they'll claim it was fake because you can't win by that much.
@startrek.website
I've blocked all .lm instances and even now piefed. The creator or piefed bans anyone who criticizes his dumb ass decisions. Well that's fine, there a reason the entirety of piefed as a software has been decreasing population.
Also there are occasional mods that just love to jerk themselves. The dumb taco truck mod on the Star Trek instance will ban you if you say you don't like new Star Trek, but that dumbass just moderates two mostly dead communities, so it's okay
It's no different than the .0001% of people that use abortion as a form of birth control or the .0001% of immigrants that take advantage of the system and social safety nets. They (the shit bags and GOP) will cling to those few situations it happens as proof it's everywhere and push propaganda.
Abortion and immigration, the two examples I was directly referring to, are not bipartisan.
Rape propaganda for false accusations and real accusations are also something that mostly falls on party lines.
On the one hand a retrial makes sense because not all the facts of the case were presented to the jury.
On the other hand the prior conviction was manslaughter which is crazy lower for six shots and then just going home. Maybe the jury will see this as not only a hate crime, but also escalate to some form of murder charge.
Yes, but it still goes to trial which will require a new jury. It's Memphis which is a city and by nature of random chance for jury selection shouldn't be biased, like what a more rural country would be.
So there still a chance this could be a harsher sentence.
