Who is shifting blame here? I'm just saying that they are part of the hell, not victims. Meta is rotten to the core, and if you work there, it means you are ok with what they do, hence the lack of sympathy.
if you are still working at meta, you are there for the money, even tho it's one of the most harmful companies in the world for our society and our planet. If your morale is low because some coworkers got fired, well, fuck you. You are part of the cancer of this planet, so if you all get laid off and meta is burned to the ground, I won't be happier.
Reminds me of this
Making others think in your stead makes you dumber in the long term.
Same researchers later found a fork in the kitchen.
And she probably had reasons to do so. She's not 13.
The feeling when a small hobby non-profit project gets hacked and the owners quickly respond to the users and say "hey, we got hacked but don't worry, your passwords are safe because they were encrypted!!"
But a damn multi-billion company gets hacked, takes months to tell the users and their answer is: "so... a few months ago, we got hacked, but it wasn't that bad so we didn't think about telling you until someone found our database for sale in a forum. Also, change your passwords, email, physical adress, bank account, credit cards and if you sent it to us, your SSN, because we didn't think it was important so it was all stored in a plain wordpad file without any encryption".
I know this must have been awful for you guys, but damn if it feels good to know that even if the fucker got access to your database, they couldn't do shit because you were competent and took measures to protect your users in a way a multi-billion company doesn't.
No, the difference is that blahaj encrypts user passwords while a multi-billion dollar company stores them in a fucking plaintext file (alongside the credit card numbers and other sensitive data).
Also, under GDPR, a company must inform of a databreach ASAP, and they only do when they get caught.
Wait until you discover the "regular wife" that keeps being your wife even outside work.
The moment you try an EV for more than the 5 minutes test drive, you realize that there's no going back. Even with its "drawbacks", it's far superior to ICE vehicles. I haven't met anyone yet that said "I'll go back to gas because I don't like my EV".
Natural selection learned that we have cheated the "survival of the fittest" thanks to medicine and is now trying "survival of the least dumb"
The Dacia is just a fucking death trap, some of the lowest EURO-NCAP scores in a long time, along with other Renault models.
As a former owner of a dacia spring I have to say I disagree.
And I say former because mine was totalled during a car crash that people say it was a miracle I could survive it, let alone walk out of the car by myself.
I was in a highway, there was a traffic jam and all the cars were still in their lane. I was the last one to arrive so my car was the last one in line. Behind me arrived a semi-trailer at 90kmph that, according to the police report, was "driving distracted". So distracted that he didn't see the cars in line and hit me at almost full speed. My car was overturned and ended completely destroyed, but the cockpit didn't deform and all the airbags worked, so I just got 4 broken ribs and a broken vertebrae that fortunately didn't touch the spinal cord.
No they won't. If they try, I will leave the website.
I don't believe Trump is the worst
No, no, he is the worst...
so far.
To be fair, Trump has announced this war is finished 38 times already. So he's lost 38 wars.
Aaaand there go the markets again! At a certain point, you have to start blaming the victim (in this case I mean the markets). I mean, fool me once, shame on you, fool me 38 times...
You're assuming it's capable of connecting the dots so far as to understand that going to war with Iran (and losing it) would make the regime put a toll system on the strait. He's by no means that smart.
I'll say this as many times as necessary:
Pedohitler has announced the end of this war 38 times already. And every time, the result was the same. This guy has lost 38 wars consecutively in less than a year SO FAR.
Indirectly, if you start purging the dumbest, they won't transmit their dumb ideas to younger people. These younger people won't have dumb people telling them dumb ideas and, hopefully, won't grow a taste for ivermectin and others.
Well duh? It's neither a road nor a bridge. It can't be a toll!
The main reason I was diagnosed late in my 30s is that both my parents are autistic but think that (and this is a quote from them) "autistic kids are retarded, and you aren't so you can't be autistic".
Growing in a small rural town comes with a lot of good things but also a lot of prejudices that can make your life tough if you aren't "like the rest of the kids".
