The funniest thing about conservatives is how they'll complain the left are a bunch of snowflakes, but you say a single word like trans and they'll probably explode into a million pieces because you said a bad word that scares them.

If you ask me, it's best to treat any program requiring kernel level access that isn't part of your base operating system or something you created and have full control over as malware. All it takes is one exploit or something of similar nature and some bad actors taking advantage of it before it can be patched for your computer to become fucked.

Those things, from what I heard, are an absolute necessity of an upgrade for postal workers. They absolutely deserve those vehicles. Just like the vehicles probably deserve and hunger for the flesh of the people who want them gone.

Absolutely fucked up that games with legal gambling (loot boxes) can be rated E, but the second an indie dev makes a game that has cards in it and a poker scoring system, they suddenly act like rabid dogs.

And if it fails, you know whoever voted for it to not pass is a child predator. Hopefully there's a list of people who voted "no" on it that gets leaked so people, especially parents, know who to cut contact with.

You can see the logos getting worse, in my opinion. I absolutely hate the trend of oversimplifying logos.

That never bugged me too much, but I'll at least be glad it can be disabled for people who really dislike it.

Yeah, definitely gonna stop those pirates who soft/hardmod their systems and never connect to the Internet/run updates in order to dump their games or play pirated copies or whatever they wanna do! That'll stop them!

Edit:

This seems to be more about their online account services and their updated privacy policy than anything else, but I still think my point stands, just not for this article.

Not gonna lie, took me a moment of thinking and waiting for a search engine to load before I realized Kool Desktop Environment is just KDE...

I still don't see the appeal of RGB in your computer, personally. I just don't think it looks good.

I personally don't understand the whole thing of a fictional character in a video game where there is absolutely no romance anywhere having a preference. I don't care whether my character in a game like Borderlands is straight, gay, lesbian, or anything in between so long as I can pop the heads off my enemies.

In other words, twatter is probably gonna pull the bullshit where they do business as usual and do nothing until police or any government goes after them.

That's great for some people, but would be absolutely horrible for people like me. I usually know the subject matter, but I tend to have problems gettingy thoughts out of my head. So I'd just end up getting double screwed if I were in this situation.

Makes sense to remove a useless privacy feature when many sites just ignore DNT requests. I'd rather not have them waste time on maintaining a feature that is only useful on a handful of sites that actually respect it.

Imagine needing proof of something so basic that you could see it just being being online over the past decade, if not decade and a half.

The people who actually care more about what phone their friends are using enough to peer pressure them into getting a phone of a specific brand or model are about as dense as a black hole and about as smart as a bag of rocks.

At this point, I don't see many other options to keep everything going for Firefox. If they somehow lose the go*gle money they use to keep themselves going, they need another revenue source and I severely doubt there are enough Firefox users willing to pay enough to keep it going as it currently does. Don't like it, but I'm gonna at least play devil's advocate.

Proton is such a big win for Linux, alongside the Steam Deck and SteamOS

This is blatantly false. Clearly MAGAts would never touch an econ 101 book because they're too dumb to be able to read.

We need another brave group like that furry hacker group that pissed them off so much that they flew off the handle. Except I vote the group that does it doesn't make the same mistake as the last one by contacting them afterwards.
