So sad. This was my go to app when I used Android.

You can Google takeout your subscriptions to a json file you can then import to alternate front ends like newpipe.

Keep. Meta. OUT. They will 100% try to EEE the fediverse.

Ratings looking good still on iOS.

I'm kind of torn on this. On one hand, yes reddit sucks, but on the other hand it's an extremely search friendly source of information. Does Lemmy even play nice with search engines? The one good thing I can say about a centralized community like reddit is everything is there and easily accessible. Whenever I search for something I need a quick informed answer on I already prefix it with "Reddit."

Can’t wait to give this a try. Right now I’m on the latest Mlem build for Lemmy and it’s surprisingly good.

Yin and Yang.

I’m so glad I signed up on Beehaw where I can flip my app to local only and makes these dog whistling conservative bigots disappear. It’s wonderful. I also never see any downvotes.

Unnecessarily hostile comment. We’re getting closer to a true Reddit replacement!
