I know it's probably because she went tanning with pasties on, but boy are those nipples distracting. They just look like googly eyes to me and I can't unsee it.

A social media promotion agency is just auto posting the same generic posts. They are bad at their job and use the same generic titles, bios, and post all their clients at the same time making it very obvious.

Just downvote, block the user, and move on with your day. If the mods don't specifically disallow the behavior there isn't much that can be done unfortunately. The mod of !Ass@Lemmynsfw updated the rules to not allow promotions anywhere in a post so at least there's hope.

Before this post, there was a poll post from her fansly that showed the majority of her paid subscribers come from Bluesky and only a small percentage came from Lemmy. She posted this essentially saying that we didn't pay her enough money and then deleted it and hour or two later. I never opened it, but I imagine that's where the majority of negative comments came from that sparked this reaction.

People go in and downvote every post?

Yes. A common issue has consistently been that people will downvote all posts for a specific community or subject, whether that's something gay, a specific hentai, or a more niche fetish/kink that they don't personally find appealing rather than blocking it. These posts are usually relevant and quality submissions for the community that they're posted to, but end up with negative scores because of differing preferences.

I've noticed a pretty glaring trend of OC posters creating an account, posting for a few days, and then disappearing never to be seen again. Posting studio and model content found on the corners of the internet is fine, but in the end it doesn't actually drive much engagement, which is essentially the primary purpose of a link aggregator site. The primary content people engage on are going to be things that a person has taken the time to create themselves or something with a clear gimmick, like the ifyouhadtopickone or kink communities.

Personally, I'd say that the reason we're seeing people drop off the site shortly after joining is because of the overall community at large. When anyone from the Fediverse can just drop in on a whim and comment something disparaging to someone who went out of their way to post themselves it really doesn't feel great. Combine that with the fact that if you're not a professional model or Onlyfans producer, you'll be downvoted pretty heavily even with the rules changes in place.

I try my best to go out of my way to comment on anything I reasonably can and I don't know if I can place exactly why, but the instance feels both simultaneously hostile to post and to comment/engage in at the same time.

All the posts in the last few hours really seem like bot accounts. They all have the same generic copy-paste bio and titles.

Can you please keep your erotic fiction in the appropriate communities and stop spamming AskLemmyNsfw with juvenile questions to try to platform it here.

THANK YOU!

I'm going to be up front that I don't like the premise of this community, but when it's done within the bounds of the rules it's only gross and not gross AND problematic. So many posts to this community are just social media posts of women enjoying their time at the beach or at a wedding or any other type of similar gathering with no sexual pretext whatsoever. Just because someone posts something online does not give you the right to sexualize them and does not grant consent for you to do so.

It's the same Onlyfans agency that drops, by spams the instance for a few weeks, and then leave. None of these posts are done by the actual women themselves. They don't post anything interesting to me and I have them all blocked, but I see their obnoxious spam on my SFW accounts browsing all.

I'm more annoyed that they literally made brand new accounts that I had to reblock for a few of them. I'm not sure if that's a ban evasion attempt or if they just forgot their passwords...

I understand the sentiment, but frankly the mods and community as a whole do a very good job of policing to ensure shady things are removed. Please understand that there's been a larger number of new users than usual because Reddit has been up to shenanigans recently. There will always be growing pains.

  • #1: Without forced verification, which isn't even a thing except in the largest subs on Reddit, you aren't going to be able to fully combat people catfishing. Standard internet safety rules are always going to be necessary no matter what rules are in place and mods do a good job of responding to reported posts.

  • #2: That's not Onlyfans bait. Literally almost 80-90% of OC posters are advertising the links to their sites in their profile. The very act of posting is hoping to drive traffic to their paid content. Don't be naive and please don't shame someone for their choice of using a free image editor over a paid one, especially when their images are very high quality(although I do agree that their posting habits do classify them as a spammer)

  • #3: Generally when you see the "first time posting" message, what they mean is that it's their first time posting in a community and not on the instance. Remember that a lot of new content posters who are advertising don't take the time to understand that this place is smaller than Reddit and we see every post regardless of where it's posted because there's less noise. It's not malicious.

The vagina is an elastic organ and the "loose vagina" arguments are just bad women's anatomy. Besides situations like recent birth or similar trauma or consistently using toys that put Siswet to shame you won't feel a difference. If you do feel a difference, the problem isn't the vagina and more likely that you have what the kids would call a "needle dick."

The first thing I do anytime a new poster posts OC is check their profile to see what they have there because it affects the nature of the relationship they are looking for here. In my opinion, if you are selling your content in any form then you have not 'gonewild.'

The spirit of the original sub was to allow a space for exhibitionism. When you allow it to be used as a vector for advertising then it will unfortunately devolve into the low effort posts that we've begun to see with a high amount of frequency lately. I don't think a full ban on advertising will be healthy for the community with as small as it is at the moment, but there need to be some checks put in place at the least.

I agree that all links in post titles, descriptions, and comments should not be allowed, but it should be okay for them to be in a users profile if someone chooses to seek that out. I think there should also be a harder stance taken on low effort engagement baits and OC posts where it's clear the person themselves are not the one managing the accounts.

I really don't think anything has fundamentally changed with the community or platform since the decision to remove downvotes in the first place. I just don't think the population of Lemmy as a whole is large enough or mature enough to use them in a responsible manner and it will continue to be used as a "this isn't my fetish" button rather than any indication of quality or community relevance just like before.

I agree that the spam problem has gotten worse over time, but I really don't see downvotes doing very much to fix that. Most of it is from content sellers. They only need one post to do well to get their visibility and they almost always get at least that much so they still end up rewarded for the behavior in the end.

You have to remember that society is always telling you to live your life in a very specific way. Being an awkward teenager is a period where you're supposed to be confused and finding things out about the world and being an lgbtq teenager is no different. There's a surplus of teenage hormones that are new and confusing and you may not know what you want.

For lesbian women specifically, it's not easy to have the entire world telling you your sexuality is just going to be a phase and that one day a big strong man is going to come along and "fix" you because after all "everyone feels those feelings sometimes."

Disclaimer: I'm not a lesbian woman, just a bi guy with some experience with being confused about my sexuality.
