They already tried that in the 80s
YouTube started monetizing Shorts and reduced the payouts to regular long form YouTube videos which is anything wide screen and over 60 seconds. It's pretty much forcing content creators to start doing Shorts if they want to try and not lose as much revenue
If I was going to caulk, I'd make sure you leave a gap in the back or something. If there is a leak and you have the base completely sealed, there would be nowhere for the water to escape and it would just build up around the ring and eventually rot the floor and probably begin to smell. If you have a gap, the water can drain out and at least you'll see it and know it needs to be fixed
No expert, but that looks like it took a pretty heavy hit. I probably wouldn't risk it. Depending on how bad the old one is leaking, you may want to turn the water off and deal with no water for a couple of days
The people in Varginha Brazil would like a word
Early GenXer here. Am the same way. Have always hated ads in any form. Except maybe print ads. Especially in the old days in mags like Electronic Fun & Games or something. Even targeted ads are useless to me. If there's something I'm interested in, I'll search it out and find what I need. I don't need some company scraping my data and telling me what I want. I run a Pihole, use ad blockers and YouTube specific apps to block ads and always will
Not only that, but if you can get them to drive too, you're golden.
I'd be frustrated too. The reality is Leclerc hasn't performed as expected and Sainz has. In fact I'd say he's been the faster racer for most of the season. Leclerc has made too many mistakes and Ferrari should be giving Sainz the green light to pass anytime he's faster. They should be backing Sainz as their #1.
People are hesitant to recommend good providers. If they have one that works well for them and that isn't well known, they don't want anyone messing it up. Some providers don't even want people using their name on forums. For good reason too. Just need to look at what the YouTube gonads didn't with the whole -Kodi streaming box free TV videos plastered all over YouTube. Made it way too easy for The Man to track down who the providers were and bust them.
That's what pisses me off about the Gadsden flag.
The flag has been described as the "most popular symbol of the American revolution". Its design proclaims an assertive warning of vigilance and willingness to act in defense against coercion. This has led it to be associated with the ideas of individualism and liberty.
These are some of the ideals that I favor and stand behind. But now the right wing loonies have corrupted it and use it for their own purposes.
No. There should be no fake internet points at all.
This how they operate. Even though I work from home, I was being completely overworked and stressed out at the end of last year. As soon as my 401k match went through at the beginning of January, I turned in my notice without a new job lined up. I did do one video interview, but didn't get the gig.
On my very last day of employment I was contacted by a zone vp and asked to stay. He offered a new position for a pilot they were rolling out and about a $10k increase. I took it. It's been a lot better, but still sucks so I interviewed with someone else today. Point is, that these big corporations don't really give a shit about there employees. Regardless of what they say or the BS they plaster all over their websites and social media. You are disposable and they will take advantage of you at every opportunity.
It's a shitty way to do business, but it's up to the individual to look out for themselves and be willing to take some risks. Work hard and learn as much as possible. Make yourself invaluable and you'll be in a lot better position to make it
All of this is happening with my company as we speak. I actually did a remote interview today while on my lunch hour. And my current company has just rolled out plans for "clerical help" based out of India. I'm in the U.S.
I say this to my son sometimes. "Throw me the clicker." The first time he looked at me like WTF are you talking about. Told him it's another name for the remote, but didn't tell him why, so he still has no idea
That's my strategy too, but it seems like people just can't help themselves from dropping some political comment in non political discussions. It's so tiresome.
I don't understand this comment:
"In reality, this does next to nothing to lift the company’s nearly 200,000 part-time workers out of poverty. “If they start at $21 an hour, at 3 to 3.5 hours a day, you’ll have to work 2 or 3 jobs to make ends meet,”
On what planet is someone working 3 hrs a day expected to be able to afford a place to live and pay their bills? What an asinine thing to say.
What about a Datsun 240z? Don't you say 240zed?
You need to speed up when changing lanes.
I agree in general, however they are here as well. Already experienced it myself. Those types will never go away completely.
