I think this is the only place where I don't have to scroll years in order to find a reasonable answer.

• Susie Gaster gets hinted at. Lots of parallels between them (eg: goner maker and thrash machine). Susie is only mentioned by a Goner in Undertale, and has an uncanny resemblance to Everyman (she also seems to be represented by an everyman in the alleyway). Green and purple are otfen combined together too.
• Jevil or Jevil-like character boss. Chapter 5 looks similar to chapter 1 so far, and Seam hints at the fact that you might fight Jevil later if you didn't before.
• Rudy gets revealed to being the knight
• Susie looses their eye (parallels to Gerson and Undyne, also the whole deal with main/secret bosses not having visible eyes, and blinding eyes to see in the dark)
