It's worse than just using a new tool though. By definition LLMs use the statistically most likely option (with minor variation for flavor). People are literally asking a statistics bot what password can I use that is the most likely?

I struggle with this too. I'm reading White Fragility by Robin DiAngelo right now though and it's main suggestion is to just oppose racism when you see it. Call white people out on their behavior even if it makes everyone uncomfortable and makes you unpopular.
Also, to listen to feedback from people of color without getting defensive. No one is going to be perfect and we live in a system which is constantly socializing us, it's ok if we fuck up but just try and fix it when you learn better.
If you really want to see huge squirrels check out a US college campus. They're so fat!
The best movie ever, Reefer Madness musical (2005). It's why I really find her participating in a genuinely religious project so ridiculous
So glad someone already said it. I'm a neuroscience PhD student who works with brain organoids and the article is absolutely ridiculous.
Also, I'm not aware of any labs or research that has been able to produce brain organoids with functional blood vessels. Having a necrotic core is normal for old organoids.
I don't think people here mind paying for stuff I think it's more that enshittification and subscription based business models should not be supported.
Ok, I get this argument and you're correct about the events of the film but I think when most people say we're living in Idiocracy they're talking about before the events of the film and how it got that way. For example, Brawndo had to start being used for crops at some point and it was almost certainly a greedy corporate exec that decided to start advertising it that way.
The Poisoner's Handbook by Deborah Bloom! It's so good!
The Face of the Deep by Jacob Twersky. It's a novel written by a blind man about blind characters published in 1954. Its just a really interesting view into society at that time, the writer's views, and the character's struggles. Its not the best book but its certainly unique
Bribes from dictators
It's a Xiaomi Redmi 12. It has its own built in file explorer (as well as other equally shitty built in apps I can't remove) just called file manager. I haven't looked much into grapheneOS but I was hoping to buy a FairPhone 6 when I'm in a better financial position.
Yes! AI should be working for the user. I wish there were more projects doing this.
This is an interesting point but I still think you're missing something. It's not just about American Comfort but trying to stop fascism growing in the US. Right now the fascists have power and are enacting terrible policies that are damaging not just America but a lot of the world as well.
When I look at the last election I see the Gaza genocide as not applicable to who you vote for because both candidates supported Israel so you have to vote on other metrics. Or you can go third party which is a valid choice but not voting is being complicit in a fascist takeover. You can't focus on putting a fire out at your neighbor's house if your own house is burning.
Thanks, I'll definitely check this out!
Thank you!! I will definitely do all of this.
Thank you for making this! I was looking for something that was easy to understand and in depth about the kernel!
I get ads if I have wifi connection when opening my file explorer on my phone. I hate this piece of shit but can't afford another right now. As soon as I can I'm smashing this shit.
Ok it sounds like they got functioning vessels after xenografting into mice (which has its own issues) and it mentioned connecting to micro fluidic chambers in the future for full ex vivo, but they don't have a functioning model for that yet. It's a very interesting and promising area of research but with practical lab work nowadays it's just not feasible. I hope they're able to get a full ex vivo model working soon though, that would be really exciting!
thanks for using Leebra!
