Normal bank and multi-currency cards don’t automatically bypass BIN restrictions because digital storefronts check more than just the currency or type of card. They can identify the issuing bank, country, card network, and billing address. If a store restricts certain BIN ranges or regions, even a perfectly valid international card may be declined. Multi-currency cards help with currency conversion, but they don’t change the card’s issuing BIN or country.
