Vac bans mean you can't play on vac secured servers. Nothing happens to your other games. For a competitive multiplayer game some anticheat detection is wanted. People changing their dll's to gain a competitive advantage is cheating. AMD making and distributing this unintentional cheat doesn't change that.
I agree that buying directly or through GoG and backing up your games is the best thing to do. But this incident isn't really related to that.

One of those being that the dude is also in agreement he did something wrong. He also gave a relatively accurate description of the events of that evening that got proven with phone records and CCTV at different locations. Making his account of what happened at the least somewhat reliable.
Obviously the woman could not consent because she was drunk as fuck. And she's allowed to get drunk as fuck without being taken advantage off. CCTV showed them kissing at the bar they met. Phone records show he tried to call her friend she was supposed to go home with. CCTV shows them going to that friend's dorm and not getting in and waiting there for half an hour. Again, she could not consent, and he as the least drunk of both of them bears the responsibility of this. I do think he should have had some form of punishment above of what he got and for the woman's feeling of safety a restraining order like she asked. And something that would have made mandatory counselling and follow-up possible. Not to mention that although justice in Belgium isn't supposed to be revenge, it should also cause some sort of satisfaction for the victim.
This situation just shows that the definition of rape over the decades has become more complex and nuanced, but unfortunately the tools to deal with this have not. This dude definitely did something wrong, but he's not just a vicious predator.

Most reactions here are focusing too hard on the title. These clubs aren't like, nor inspired by 'Fight Club'. These groups pose as groups for men wanting to connect with other men so they can learn about physical and mental health, philosophy and self defense. The sports they train are absolutely effective and the hope they get brain damage from this is naive. They practice the same principle that most sane martial arts gyms use since many of them are involved in those as well.

I totally agree that adopting is a big responsibility. Still, personalities don't always fully come out in the shelter. We adopted a 15 year old to give him a golden basket. We were told he's calm while withdrawn, while still at ease around other cats. What we got was a 15 year old acting like 2 year old. Personally I find this entire thing seems to be now supported and kept alive by people and organisations who want women to look and act a certain way, and any woman who deviates is not considered a real woman. And since I personally train a combat sport, and most of my women friends who compete also look strong, muscled and often like shaving at least parts of their hair off, they tend to look similar to Khelif. I'm very happy with Qobuz. Switched over last year after 15 years of Spotify. The price is a little higher but it has more High quality recordings. Plus they give more money to artists per stream, and actively try to work against AI slop.
The biggest downside is that they don't let you choose your language. (That they think everyone on Belgium speaks French is even worse since most people in Belgium actually speak Dutch)
