I don't get it? Why does the Ukrainian man entering a Shawarma store save him from forced conscription? I'm not familiar with the term Shawarma nor with the system of forced conscription in wherever that is.

I doubt that the video is slow because I've tried a couple and all that were embedded didn't play. If they were linked to YouTube or whatever, those would play.
