Try setting the screen refresh rate to 60Hz, for me 120Hz uses a lot more battery.

I was able to bypass something similar by using apps that create multiple instances of an app, I used Shelter (https://f-droid.org/packages/net.typeblog.shelter/)

I agree. Plus, if you are naming files in your computer, using YYYY-MM-DD will keep them ordered chronologically by default.
