Ah yes. The well known sanitary house cat. None of us have ever had our beloved pet pee in a toaster or our shoes or our beds and they certainly weren't doing so out of spite. We all know cats are level headed rational beings. Well tempered. Tolerant of affection. Perfect for therapy purposes.
He is the definition of absentee father sending his kid off to be raised by his human grandparents and rarely if ever speaking of him. And when his kid is understandably upset about it Worf gets pissy at his son for having emotions about it.
I don't believe in sins of the parent transferring to their kids (or other relatives). It's not his father that will be his biggest moral stumbling block. Like all rich nepo babies having unlimited wealth and power shoved up his ass the day he sprung into existence is likely to be the reason he'll be a total piece of shit. Just like the rest of them.
It's because everything SUCKS. The loudest idiots promise to fix it, to put it back the way it was, but there is no going back. Fixing things means changing things. But people don't want change. Change is hard. Change means giving up the things you knew. The things that made you comfortable. Change is work and effort and letting go and growing. Tearing down the old to build better and new, but these chuckle fucks would rather cry and cling to the world from two centuries back of inbred kings and their corporate masters that no longer makes sense.
Agreed. But that's the true cost free healthcare and around the clock medical staff to the American people. Dude can literally live off fast food and will outlive us all.

That's because antibiotics carpet bomb everything. If they didn't they'd be pretty pointless. Hell, part of the reason antibiotics are losing efficiency is because either due to poor use or over use - there are survivors after they are deployed.
That's not free time. That's decompression time. Free time is time when you are well rested, all your needs are met, obligations fullfilled, AND you have unencumbered time to persue a passion or intellectual persuit. The rich have free time, the rest of us just take breathers from our responsibilities from time to time.
Ignore for a moment rather this is right or wrong (it's wrong) but ignore that. THIS is a textbook example of Soft Power. The thing the Trump administration tanked by gutting USAID. The west is still playing old world outdated politics from last century and China is going to leave us and our allies in the dust because of it.
The stock market is such a goddamn pyramid scheme. The only reason it hasn't full on collapsed is because the people running the scam get bailed by US tax payers every time it breaks. Nevermind that they tricked us into tying our retirements into the continuous survival of this casino in a trench coat.
I don't mind having a conversation about stupid bullshit, I love those. But I do hate having a superficial conversation filled with lies and obfuscation about meaningless topics neither of us care about solely for the sake of filling the silence. It's a waste of energy and time.

Also there is no such thing as "an easy day hike." Anything can go wrong in the wilderness and lackadaisical thinking is what gets people killed.
