I'm not a fan of the amount of victim blaming going on in this thread.
Anyway, here's my hot take: she doesn't deserve to be discriminated against.

Unfortunately, as I've learned recently, it doesn't look like Deepseek is actually open source.
You can download the model, but unless I'm misunderstanding, that feels comparable to calling Photoshop open source because you can download the .exe file on your computer.
The xenophobic "haha americans are so stupid/evil" attitude I've been seeing as of years ago all over Reddit and now even more intensly on Lemmy is making me very worried that people aren't gonna recognize the same disinformation that led to all this when its served to them...
I don't believe Americans and Europeans are as different as a lot of people seem to think. Or maybe I got dumber and more naive since my teenage years.
In case you're not making a joke or somebody else is wondering: this looks like a JavaScript error. Specifically, one that comes from trying to read . daylight from something that is undefined.
For example, you can get a very similar error by running:
const info = undefined;
console.log(info.daylight);
Which in Chromium and in NodeJS v22 gives you this error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'daylight')
I love Grist!
My wife and I were frequent Google Sheet users and since a few years ago we started using Grist a lot. We tried some other alternatives before, but none of them felt even close to right for us.
ah, then my impressions are biased, since I haven't heard that term outside of Lemmy.
There's pretty much only one person I know irl that calls themselves a "centrist".
This comment here seems to summarize it well: https://github.com/...
It's more open-sourced than I thought, but also seems debatable. I don't know enough about LLMs to properly judge. I would probably stay away from calling it "completely open-sourced" though.
My wife and I have also returned to Valheim during the holidays š
We didn't get far on our first playthrough, we barely got past the swamp, but this time we're about to get to the mistlands!
thanks for using Leebra!
