FFS will this obscenity every end.

I blame a certain prime minister/goverment for privatising everything. Time to renationalise all the utilities ;)

Defiantly a pre-web here I recall running two BBS on a couple of Compaq 286's. Being here on the fediverse reminds me a lot of those fun times and certainly looking forward to the future here.

Staying right where I am.

Put her and the rest of this pathetic government on a boat to Rowanda is the ruling I am hoping for. Don't think it will be but one can live in hope and die downtrodden ,)

I call a fire sale in 6 months ;)

A lifetime of being allowed to do what they want, when they want and not worry ;) ??

At the worst a week under house arrest .

Have to say Connect has definitely become my goto app and I have nothing but praise for the dev. Just updated to latest and thoroughly enjoying it except for what is probably just a silly thing and that is the Page 1 Page 2 when scrolling. I know it may seem silly and nitt picking but for some reason it just seems to me that we have been without it till now and it just doesn't add anything to using the app.

I will be downgrading to the previous version as I just prefer not to see that.

This is in no way meant as anything negative against the dev or how he wants things to be as it is their time and effort going into this and then allowing us to have it free.

Right my little ramble is over I will leave you all in peace now :)

What I use on mine though not as complex as yours are the tablets they use for cleaning false teeth. Break one up so slips down the neck then plug bowl hole, fill slowly to half full with hot but not boiling water. Leave it for a minute then slowly fill till the water starts to come out. Leave it for a couple of minutes to do it's stuff then empty it to about half full and give a few shakes ,empty it then a couple of rinses with clean water and voilà done and shiny clean.

Been running a pi-hole with unbound for years here. Apart from updating the roots file every six months its been sitting there doing it's thing happily without skipping a beat. I did take a small look at Adguard but couldn't see anything like the tail pihole log option which I tend to have in a tab as I like to see what's going on.

Wouldn't change what we normally do.

Looking forward to see what happens. Slide was my daily driver for many a year.

Like most days I am happily medicated to kill the back pain. It's the Mexican GP this weekend so apart from watching that no great plans. Plus it's pretty much rain every day here for the next few days so no real reason to plan anything.

Must say I am enjoying it myself, possibly a bit of a guilty pleasure but reminds of some of the fun times I had when Frasier first aired.

So I am not the only one left that remembers that other big Tory hit ;)

Find me in the corner.

Hoping we get some action soon :)

Playing with Jerboa and Lemmynade here. Not to sure which I prefer yet but leaning towards Lemmynade but will see what Jerboa brings once Lemmy.world is updated to 18.1.

Just fine so let's get the grid setup and go race :)

Wow just had a flash back to when I saw them in Hollywood doing a gig and I was the only English person in the crowd so had some good fun interacting with the band and the poor Yanks didn't get 90% of it ;)

Nope I am happy with my 2019M and assorted glass.

HP Sauce

End of conversation ;)
